This handmade glass shell-shaped bead measures approx 30mm wide.
The bead is decorated on both sides and all the little beachy details are handmade and applied carefully in the flame. The shiny dots are 99% pure fine silver, melted into the surface of the glass.

The silver pin and ring bail have been especially handmade to suit the jewellery. The sterling silver Belcher chain is available in 18″ or 24″, finished with a branded tag. 
Matching earrings are available.
 
This collection is designed and handmade by award-winning British glass artist Julie Fountain who melts and shapes Murano glass using the lampwork technique and decorates with fine silver wire and handmade details.  Combined with artisan Sterling silver, these miniature works of art are the most exceptional examples of heirloom quality jewellery.
 
Every piece is created one at a time and every piece is unique, so there will be slight differences in their composition from the images shown.
 
Comes beautifully packaged and presented, on a card, wrapped in tissue paper and a protective postal box. A handwritten card can be added for no extra charge.
